What you get

Three pieces and a bonus, one route from something you already know to an audience with somewhere to go

Not a course to watch. A map to walk in two evenings a week, a workbook that counts the ideas and holds the gate, the hooks, scripts and funnel wording to copy, and the same text in your ears for the commute.

The audiobook, in Izhar's voice

The book in tracks that follow it in order, so the sessions can be heard on the way to work and done at the desk. Read in Izhar's voice through a professional voice model trained on his own recordings, then checked word for word against the book.

How it works

How to become a content creator around a job, in seven sessions over eight weeks

Seven sessions, then two evenings a week: one records ten videos, the other edits and schedules them. A gate after session two you can fail. Fail it and you have lost an evening, not eight weeks.

  1. Choose the subject and the platform. One subject that survives sixty videos, narrowed on a person; TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, chosen with the chooser.
  2. Watch what it already watches. Three accounts one size above you, and thirty ideas with twenty from outside your own head. Then the gate.
  3. Choose the kit and the format. The honest kit at under £30, one of five formats (four never show your face), and the tools used for the making, never for the person.
  4. Make the video that gets watched. The hook, the payload, the reason to stay and the follow trigger, with the four openings that work.
  5. Batch, and keep the rhythm. Ten videos in one evening, edited and scheduled on the second; ten a week, never posted live, never deleted.
  6. Spread it and read it. One recording on five platforms, staggered, and three numbers a week: retention, follows per video, saves and shares.
  7. Earn, disclose, and build the funnel. Every earning route with its dated threshold, answering a brand, the label the law requires, and one video to one sale.
Every content page ends with a Do this now line that names the one thing to write down before you turn the page, and the workbook tab or kit page it belongs in.
The route end to end: seven sessions over eight weeks, with the gate after session two

Inside the workbook

Type your ideas. Read your answer.

Eleven tabs, protected so nothing breaks, with the typing cells left open. It ships with a DEMO twin holding the book's worked example (a bike shop mechanic, hands and objects, thirty-four ideas, sixty videos, a £7 download behind the funnel) so every chart is alive on first open. The IDEA BANK counts the ideas from outside your head and holds the gate until there are twenty. The FUNNEL tab shows what lands from a £7 sale through the checkout you pick, to the penny.

Before you buy

Who it is for, and what it is not

It is for you if you are

  • Working full time. Two evenings a week for eight weeks, nothing in the daytime.
  • Starting with no audience at all. The sixty start from nobody, on one platform.
  • Not keen to be on camera. Four of the five formats never show your face.
  • Outside the UK. US and EU boxes wherever the rules differ.
  • Already posting, with no system. Start at session one: the subject and the format are where you find out why.
  • Any age. A phone, a window and a cheap tripod.

Worth knowing first

  • It is not passive. It sells two evenings a week, for months.
  • It is not a promise of followers or income. The thousand is what sixty videos tend to produce, on its own timetable.
  • It is not a UGC or brand-deal course. It builds an audience of your own; making videos for brands is a different trade.
  • It is organic only. Nothing here buys views or pays for reach.
  • It is dated on purpose. Every programme, price and rule carries the day it was read.

Who is behind it

Izhar Shah

Izhar Shah

I built an e-commerce brand around my job at Jaguar Land Rover, left in August 2025 once it covered my number, and watched it pass £500,000 in sales in its first twelve months. The videos I make now run on the system in this book: two evenings, the week scheduled in one sitting, four channels through one tool. I teach the system, not the leap.

Before it: a factory floor, a lecturing post, a PhD in Engineering, research at Imperial College London, and a specialist role at JLR.

Questions

The ones everyone asks

What is the best time to post on TikTok in the UK?

Your own, and nobody else's chart can tell you it. Every platform shows when your own viewers are online once you have posted for a few weeks, and that beats any list on the internet, because a list cannot see your viewers. The book shows where each platform keeps that screen (pages 10 to 12). Until then, post when you can keep the rhythm: ten a week, scheduled, never live.

Do I need to show my face?

No. Four of the five formats never show your face, and the book marks two of them as the start for anybody whose colleagues or employer might find the account. The worked example films only his hands. If a format uses a voice-over, it should be your own voice, recorded or cloned from your own recordings, never a stock voice.

Is this a UGC course?

No. UGC is making videos for brands, by the piece: it pays sooner, and it stops the day you stop. This map builds an audience of your own on one platform, with a funnel behind it so that audience has somewhere to go. The book names the difference on page 32, and when a brand does approach you, page 27 has the two questions to ask and the reply.

How do I make money on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram?

Page 26 lists every route with the threshold on the platform's own page, read 8 October 2026. TikTok's Creator Rewards Programme: 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in 30 days, on a personal account, open in the UK. YouTube: fan funding and Shopping at 500 subscribers with 3,000 watch hours or 3 million Shorts views; ad revenue at 1,000 subscribers with 4,000 hours or 10 million Shorts views, rising for new creators on 1 February 2027. Instagram: gifts at 500 followers, subscriptions at 10,000. Long before any of those opens, the funnel earns first: a small product of your own, the only route that is entirely yours.

Do I need to pay for a scheduler?

No. YouTube Studio and Instagram schedule for free, TikTok's web scheduler is free for a business account or 10,000 followers, and Buffer and Publer have free tiers for three channels. Page 23 prices every tool on the day. Pay only when the week has to sit in one queue on three platforms, and even then three Publer accounts on the yearly plan come to about £9 a month.

What does the lead magnet funnel cost?

£0 a month on the free tiers, or about £10 a month on yearly billing with the week in one queue. Page 30 prices both stacks on each tool's own page: the email tool, the link page, the file and the checkout. The checkout takes a percentage only when something sells: from a £7 sale, about £6.35 lands through Ko-fi Standard. And the product comes first; a list with nothing behind it is mistake ten.

I am not in the UK. Does it still work?

Yes. The method is the same anywhere. The worked numbers are UK, and every page where the rule differs has a US box and an EU box: the disclosure rules, registering and tax, which creator programmes are open where you are, and the rules on an email list. Appendix A compares the three side by side, and the workbook's market picker changes the currency and the programme line.

Excel or Google Sheets?

Both. The download holds the Excel file, and the Open me first page carries a one-click link that makes your own Google Sheets copy. The same formulas work in both, and the workbook also opens in Numbers and LibreOffice.

Is the audiobook extra?

No. It is a free bonus with the map: the book in tracks that follow it in order, plus one complete file for offline listening, in your library as its own item on the day you buy. It is worth £11 when purchased separately, and it comes free with the map.

Is the audiobook the author's real voice?

It is Izhar's voice, read through a professional voice model trained on his own recordings and checked word for word against the book.

How do I get the files, and how do I ask a question?

Straight after checkout you are in your library. Open the "Open me first" page, which takes two minutes, then the book. Nothing is posted. Questions go through the contact link inside your library, and I answer them myself.

A thousand people who chose to see you again is not a small thing.

It is the only thing that has to happen first, and sixty videos in one shape is how it happens. The map, the workbook and the Pattern Book, with the audiobook free.
