What you get
Three pieces and a bonus, one route from no product to selling products online
Not a course to watch. A map to walk, a workbook that does the sums, the messages to send a supplier, and the same words in your ears for the commute.

The book
The e-commerce launch map
35 pages in six steps: the set-up before you spend anything, your lane and your money, finding and validating a product, the supplier, the listing and the first sales, then seven dated sessions. Real screenshots from Amazon, TikTok and Alibaba, captured and dated.

The workbook
The Launch Planner
Score candidates, log your research, run the five validation signals, work out profit a unit with every fee on its own line, compare suppliers, and date the seven sessions from real lead times. Pick your market and the currency, fees and links switch.

The kit
The Sourcing Kit
A one-page spec sheet that makes you sound organised, ten messages from first enquiry to dispute, the four shipping terms explained in a sentence each, and the seven questions every supplier conversation needs answered.

Free bonus
The audiobook, in Izhar's voice
Eleven tracks that follow the book in order, plus one complete file, about 74 minutes, so the sessions can be heard on the way to work and done at the desk. Read in Izhar's voice through a professional voice model trained on his own recordings, then checked word for word against the book.
How it works
How to start an e-commerce business in six steps, seven sessions and about twelve weeks
Samples take a fortnight and a batch takes six weeks to land, so no honest map promises a week. This one puts the sessions on the calendar the lead times set.
- Set up, once. Sole trader or not, a second bank account, the importer number, the Amazon seller application. One evening, nothing bought.
- Your lane and your money. Private label with Amazon FBA doing the storage and shipping, £250 to £550, and where every pound goes and when.
- Find and score a product. Seven criteria, four candidates, the three-star complaint you can fix, five signals before any cash moves.
- Supplier and samples. Three suppliers, one spec sheet, two samples, one order paid through the platform.
- Build the listing. Brand basics, phone photos by a window, a title and bullets written from the complaints, a price the numbers agree with.
- First sales. Stock checked in, one short clip a day, your warm network, the first honest reviews. Then the loop.

Inside the launch map
Real screens, every fee dated, and a sum that matches Amazon's own calculator

Inside the workbook
Type your numbers. Read your answer.
Eleven tabs, protected so nothing breaks, with the typing cells left open. It ships with example rows (a sleep mask, three other candidates, three suppliers) so every chart is alive on first open; clear them and type yours.
Opens in Excel, Numbers and LibreOffice. A one-click Google Sheets copy is on the Open me first page, so a Chromebook, a tablet or a phone works too.
The map, the workbook and the kit, with the audiobook as a free bonus.

Before you buy
Who it is for, and what it is not
It is for you if you are
- Working full time. Five to seven hours a week, around the job.
- Between jobs. The same seven sessions, run closer together.
- Outside the UK. US and EU boxes wherever the rules differ.
- Starting from zero. Part 0 sets everything up before a pound is spent.
- Already selling. Start at Part 2.
Worth knowing first
- It needs money. £250 to £550 over about twelve weeks.
- It is not dropshipping. You own the brand, and Amazon ships your stock.
- It is not a product list. You find, score and check your own.
- It is not a promise of income. Results depend on your work.
- It is dated on purpose. Every fee carries the day it was read.
Who is behind it

Izhar Shah
I built an e-commerce brand around my job at Jaguar Land Rover on the route in this map, left in August 2025 once it covered my number, and watched it pass £500,000 in sales in its first twelve months. I teach the system, not the leap.
Before it: a factory floor, a lecturing post, a PhD in Engineering, research at Imperial College London, and a specialist role at JLR.
- March 2025the brand launched while I was still employed
- August 2025I left the job on a number I had set
- Twelve monthspast £500,000 in sales, built around a job first
Questions
The ones everyone asks
How much does it cost to sell on Amazon with this map?
Budget £250 to £550 over about twelve weeks, most of it in weeks 4 to 8: samples, a first batch of 50 to 60 units, and the shipping. The book's page 6 shows what each pound buys and when it leaves your account, and the Amazon fees themselves (referral, FBA, the selling plan, the digital services fee, VAT on fees) are worked line by line on page 22 and in the workbook.
Does this teach me how to sell on Amazon, TikTok Shop or Shopify?
Amazon FBA is the book's main channel, end to end: the seller account and its documents, finding a product, sourcing it, the listing, every Amazon fee worked to the penny, the stock checked in and the first sales. Your own Shopify store is covered as the second channel, with the five legal pages it needs. TikTok is where you find products and post short videos. TikTok Shop and eBay come in once the first product sells, fulfilled from the same Amazon stock, and the book shows how that fits.
Is this Amazon FBA for beginners, or do I need experience?
It is written for a first product. Part 0 covers what a sole trader is, the second bank account, the importer number, the seller account documents and the legal pages a store needs, in one evening, before any money is spent. Shorthand such as FBA, MOQ and EORI is explained on page 34. If you have sold before, start at Part 2.
I am not in the UK. Does it still work?
Yes. The method is the same anywhere Amazon sells. The worked numbers are UK, and every page where the rule differs has a US box and an EU box: business form, tax registration, sales tax or VAT, importing, product safety, consumer rights, the seller plans and fees. Appendix A compares the three side by side, and the workbook's market switch changes the currency, the fee lines and the research links.
Where do I buy products to sell on Amazon UK?
The book shows the three places, AliExpress for samples, Alibaba for the batch, and a UK or EU wholesaler when speed matters more than margin, and how to read a supplier page: Verified Supplier, Trade Assurance, years on the platform and response rate. The Sourcing Kit holds the spec sheet and the ten messages, from first enquiry to a dispute.
Is Amazon FBA worth it in 2026?
For a first private-label product on a small budget, yes, because the traffic is already there and Amazon stores and ships the stock; the fees are the price of that. The map does not hide them: every one is on its own line, dated, and the workbook tells you the profit a unit before you order. If the sum says no, you change the product, the price or the supplier before any money leaves your account.
I have more than five hours a week. Does it go faster?
The sessions do; the lead times do not. Samples still take a fortnight and a batch still takes weeks to be made and shipped. With more time you run the sessions closer together, build more while you wait, and can choose air freight to bring the first batch forward to about nine weeks.
How do I start an online store if I do not want Amazon?
Amazon with FBA is the book's default because the traffic is there on day one. Your own Shopify store is covered as the second channel, with the five legal pages and the delivery page it needs, and the seven sessions work for either.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. The download holds the Excel file, and the Open me first page carries a one-click link that makes your own Google Sheets copy. The same formulas work in both, and the workbook also opens in Numbers and LibreOffice.
Is the audiobook extra?
No. It is a free bonus with the map: eleven tracks that follow the book in order, plus one complete file for offline listening, in your library as its own item on the day you buy. It is worth £11 when purchased separately, and it comes free with the map.
Is the audiobook the author's real voice?
It is Izhar's voice, read through a professional voice model trained on his own recordings and checked word for word against the book.
How do I get the files, and how do I ask a question?
Straight after checkout you are in your library. Open the "Open me first" page, which takes two minutes, then the book. Nothing is posted. Questions go to the support address on the Open me first page, and I answer them myself.
One product that strangers order is not a small thing.
It is the only thing that has to happen first. The map, the workbook and the kit, with the audiobook free.
