5. Your Statutory Rights — Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products

However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium (such as downloadable files or instant-access courses), this right to cancel is lost once the download or streaming begins, provided:
- You gave your express prior consent to delivery beginning within the cancellation period; and
- You acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right to cancel
