Digital Product Licence Terms

Last updated: 18 May 2026  |  Applies to: izharshah.com

These Digital Product Licence Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of all digital products ("Products") sold through izharshah.com, operated by Sustech Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or accessing any digital product on this Website, you ("the Purchaser") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Sustech Solutions Limited.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the content to you. You receive a limited personal licence to use the material as set out in these Terms. All intellectual property rights remain with Sustech Solutions Limited.

1. What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to all digital products available for purchase on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable guides, workbooks, and templates
  • Digital courses and online learning programmes
  • E-books and written resources
  • Spreadsheets, frameworks, and toolkits
  • Video, audio, or multimedia content
  • Any other digital file or resource sold through this Website

These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms presented at the point of purchase. In the event of any conflict, the specific purchase terms take precedence.

2. Your Licence

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and use the purchased Product strictly in accordance with these Terms.

This licence is granted to you personally and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.

You May

  • Download and access purchased files for your own personal use
  • Print a single copy for your own personal reference
  • Use the materials for your own learning or private business development
  • Make backup copies for your personal use only
  • Reference concepts or ideas in your own original work, provided appropriate credit is given

You May Not

  • Share, distribute, or forward files to any other person
  • Upload content to shared drives, group platforms, or membership sites
  • Resell, repackage, rebrand, or redistribute any content in any form
  • Claim ownership or authorship of any part of our materials
  • Copy substantial portions into your own products, courses, or publications
  • Use content for AI training, scraping, or automated reproduction
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding

Any use of a Product not expressly permitted by these Terms requires our prior written consent. To enquire about extended or commercial licences, please contact us.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital products and their contents — including text, design, structure, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and audio-visual elements — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sustech Solutions Limited and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable international intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms or any purchase transfers any intellectual property rights to the Purchaser. You receive a licence to use the content as described; you do not acquire any ownership interest in it.

Where a Product explicitly states that certain elements are provided for commercial use (for example, a template licensed for client work), only those specific elements are covered by that extended permission. All other terms continue to apply.

4. Payment and Access

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, any change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.

4.2 Access

Access to your purchased Product will be granted upon successful confirmation of payment. Delivery is via digital download or through your account on this Website, as described at the point of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or software versions.

4.3 Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased Product, please contact us at www.izharshah.com/contact and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Your Statutory Rights — Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium (such as downloadable files or instant-access courses), this right to cancel is lost once the download or streaming begins, provided:

  • You gave your express prior consent to delivery beginning within the cancellation period; and
  • You acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right to cancel

At checkout, we ask you to confirm both of these conditions before your purchase is completed. Once you have confirmed and download or access begins, no refund will be due under the right to cancel.

5.2 Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a Product fails to meet these standards, you may be entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement of the digital content; or
  • A full or partial refund, where repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue within a reasonable time

These statutory rights are not affected by any other provision of these Terms.

5.3 Goodwill Refund Policy

Outside of your statutory rights, we do not offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, as the nature of digital content means it cannot be returned. If you have a concern about a Product that does not constitute a statutory defect, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update or revise digital products from time to time to improve quality or accuracy. Where a significant update is made to a Product you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the updated version at no additional cost.

We do not guarantee that purchased products will be hosted or available for re-download indefinitely. We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly upon purchase. We accept no liability if a Product becomes unavailable after a reasonable period of time.

7. Breach of Licence

Any unauthorised use of our digital products — including sharing, piracy, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without permission — constitutes a breach of these Terms and an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate your licence and revoke access to all purchased Products
  • Remove your access to this Website and any associated accounts
  • Pursue legal action under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
  • Seek financial damages, including damages for loss of revenue and legal costs
  • Report infringement to relevant platforms or authorities where applicable

We actively monitor for unauthorised distribution of our content. Sharing paid digital products without permission — whether intentional or otherwise — is a breach of copyright and these Terms and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any digital product shall not exceed the price paid by you for that specific product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, a digital product, including loss of income, business opportunity, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence which cannot be overridden by these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will not affect purchases made prior to the date of the update.

We encourage you to review these Terms before making a purchase to ensure you are aware of the current version.
