Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on this Website, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this policy. Where applicable law provides rights that are more favourable than those described here, those rights take precedence. Digital Products
Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or a genuine defect exists.
Online Courses
Non-refundable once course access has begun, subject to your statutory cooling-off rights.
Coaching Sessions
Reschedulable with 48+ hours' notice. Late cancellations and non-attendance may be forfeited.
Technical Issues
Genuine access failures are investigated and resolved or credited on a case-by-case basis.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. In particular:
1.1 Consumer Rights Act 2015 — Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a digital product you purchase fails to meet any of these standards, you may be entitled to:
- A repair or replacement of the digital content at no cost to you; or
- A full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not possible, is not provided within a reasonable time, or causes significant inconvenience
These rights apply regardless of whether a product is described as non-refundable.
1.2 Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract made at a distance (including online purchases) without giving any reason.
However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium (such as downloadable files or instant-access courses), this cancellation right is lost once the download or access begins, provided that:

We request both of these confirmations from you at checkout. Where delivery has not yet begun and the 14-day period has not elapsed, you retain the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

2. Digital Products
Digital products sold on this Website include, but are not limited to:

Due to the nature of digital content — which can be accessed, copied, and retained immediately upon download — all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, subject to your statutory rights set out in Section 1 above.
We do not offer discretionary refunds on digital products on the basis of change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with the subject matter where the product has been accurately described.

3. Online Courses and Learning Programmes
Online courses and learning programmes delivered through this Website provide immediate access to course materials upon purchase.
Courses are non-refundable once access has been granted and commenced, subject to your statutory rights under Section 1. "Commencement" means accessing any course module, lesson, resource, or associated material.
3.1 Cooling-Off Period for Courses
If you purchase a course and have not yet accessed any content, your 14-day statutory cancellation right remains in effect. To exercise this right, contact us before accessing any course material at www.izharshah.com/contact.
3.2 Course Content and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure course content is accurate, up to date, and accessible. If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to content you have paid for, please refer to Section 5 (Technical Issues).
3.3 Course Access Duration
Access duration is as described at the point of purchase. We do not offer refunds on the basis that a course was not completed within any given period, or that access expired in accordance with the stated terms.
4. Newsletter Subscriptions
Free newsletter subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Where a paid newsletter subscription is offered, the following terms apply:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as stated at the point of sign-up
- You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period following cancellation, unless required by law
- If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period before accessing any paid content, a full refund will be provided
5. Coaching Services
5.1 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked coaching session by providing at least 48 hours' written notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via www.izharshah.com/contact. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time, subject to availability.
5.2 Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, that session will be treated as having been delivered and no refund or rescheduling credit will be offered. This policy exists to protect time that has been allocated and cannot otherwise be filled at short notice.
5.3 Cancellation by Us
In the event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer either a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or a full refund for that session. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from such cancellation.
5.4 Coaching Packages
Where a coaching package of multiple sessions has been purchased:
- Sessions are non-refundable once delivered
- Unused sessions within a package may be carried forward at our discretion and subject to mutual agreement
- Refunds for undelivered sessions within a package will only be considered where we are unable to deliver the remaining sessions, or where you exercise your statutory cooling-off right before any session has commenced
5.5 Your 14-Day Cancellation Right — Coaching
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a coaching booking made online. If you request that coaching commences within the 14-day period and a session is delivered, your refund entitlement will be reduced on a pro-rata basis to reflect the services already provided. To cancel within the cooling-off period, contact us in writing before the first session takes place.
6. Technical Issues
We understand that technical difficulties can occur and we take them seriously. If you experience any of the following, please contact us promptly:
- Inability to download a purchased file after payment has been confirmed
- Corrupt, incomplete, or inaccessible files upon download
- Inability to access a course or coaching booking after purchase
- A technical error during the checkout process that resulted in a charge without successful delivery

- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- The product or service purchased
- A description of the issue and when it occurred
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We will investigate all genuine technical reports and respond within 3 working days. Where a fault is confirmed on our part, we will offer a resolution that may include re-delivery of the product, alternative access, or a full or partial refund at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights.
We aim to resolve all genuine technical issues fairly and promptly. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. How to Request a Refund or Resolution
All refund requests, complaints, and resolution requests must be submitted in writing via www.izharshah.com/contact. Please include:
- Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase
- Your order reference number or transaction ID
- The product or service purchased and the date of purchase
- A clear description of the issue or reason for the request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots, error messages)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and provide a substantive response within 10 working days. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of our approval decision.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the following applies:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase
- We do not issue refunds to a different payment method or as account credit unless specifically agreed
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider, but we will initiate the refund within 14 calendar days of approval
- Where payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account in the first instance
- Any applicable transaction fees retained by payment processors are outside our control and may not be included in the refund amount
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A chargeback is a payment reversal initiated through your bank or card provider. We take all chargebacks seriously and investigate each one thoroughly.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. In most cases, we can resolve issues more quickly and fairly through direct communication than through a payment dispute process, which can take weeks and result in account suspension in the meantime.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:
- Submit full evidence to the payment processor, including proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, access logs, correspondence, and policy acceptance records
- Immediately suspend or terminate access to all purchased products, courses, and services associated with the disputed payment
- Permanently ban the associated account and email address from making future purchases on this Website
- Pursue recovery of losses through appropriate legal channels where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified
A chargeback raised against a transaction that is covered by this policy's non-refundable provisions — where no genuine defect exists and statutory rights have not been triggered — may be considered a fraudulent dispute. We will contest all such chargebacks with full supporting documentation.

10. Exceptions and Discretionary Goodwill

Any goodwill gesture made in one instance does not constitute a waiver of this policy or set a precedent for future requests.
11. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from a purchase made on this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
