Who it is for
House cleaners, office and holiday let cleaners, end of tenancy and deep clean services, from a first client to a small team with a helper. A key register is a list of whose keys you hold and where they are kept. It works wherever you clean, because every rate, time and cost is yours to set.
Questions
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. It comes with a Google Sheets version, which is free with a Google account. The Excel file also opens in the free web version of Excel.
How do I get it?
Straight after payment it is in your library on this site: the Excel file, the PDF guide and the Open me first page with the Google Sheets button.
Does it tell me what to charge?
No. The file suggests no rates. Every price, time and cost is yours, and the quote calculator does the sums from them.
Does it work out my tax?
No. The tax figure is a share of profit you choose to set aside, not a tax calculation. Check the rules where you work.
Can I use it outside the UK?
Yes. Pick £, $ or € once on Settings, and sales tax is a rate you set.
