No. Start with the tier that matches where you are. If you have never sold anything, the Launch Map is the shorter road to a first result. If your first result is already in, the Growth System is where the systems and the numbers live.

Everything appears in your library the moment payment clears. You set a password on the way through, or continue with Google, and that is your sign-in for any device. Two emails follow: your receipt and a welcome note with the library link. If you bought an audiobook, a third email carries your private listening feed.

Yes. Every audiobook plays in your library, and it also comes as a private feed made for Apple Podcasts and Pocket Casts, so it sits in your podcast app like any other show. The feed link is in the welcome email for the audiobook and on the audiobook's own page in your library. It is personal to you, so please do not share it.

No, and nothing becomes one. Each product is one payment for lifetime access, including every future update. The only things with a time limit are the three one to one sessions in the Scale Programme, which sit inside your first 90 days.

Any device you sign in from: laptop, tablet or phone, in the browser or in the Kajabi app. The ebooks and working files download to keep; the audiobooks stream in the library or your podcast app.

Everything is digital and opens the moment you pay: the files download and the audiobook starts playing. Because of that, you agree at checkout to immediate access and give up the 14 day cancellation period that normally applies to online purchases, so once a product is opened the purchase is final. Your statutory rights are unaffected. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, write through the contact page and it will be looked at personally.

Access is personal to your account, on any of your own devices. Passing the files or the audiobook feed on is not covered. The detail is in the digital product licence terms.

First try signing out and back in, and check you are using the email you bought with. If it is still stuck, send a message through the contact page with the product name and a screenshot, and pick "Support" as the reason.
