- The best days, found for youEach bank holiday week shows how many days to book and how many you get off in a row, with the best value still to book picked out.
- Days or hoursCount your leave in days, or in hours if your employer does, with the hours for each day of your week.
- Any leave yearStart your leave year at the start of any month in 2027.

- CalendarType A on the days you book. The dashboard counts down
Who it is for
Anyone in the UK who wants to see their 2027 leave in one place: full-time or part-time, counted in days or in hours, with a leave year that starts in January or any other month. Pro rata means your fair share of a full-time allowance, based on the days you work. The irregular hours tab is for work where the hours change from week to week, or that runs for only part of the year.
Questions
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. It comes with a Google Sheets version, which is free with a Google account. The Excel file also opens in the free web version of Excel.
How do I get it?
Straight after payment it is in your library on this site: the Excel file, the guide and year planner PDF, and the Open me first page with the Google Sheets button.
I work part-time. Will it work for me?
Yes. Type what a full-time colleague gets and tick the days you work. The planner works out your share and takes off the bank holidays that fall on your working days.
What if the bank holidays change?
The bank holidays sit on the Settings tab with their source, so you can update them if the government adds a day.
Is this legal or HR advice?
No. It is a planning tool. Your contract and your employer decide your leave, how bank holidays work for part-time staff and what you can carry over.

Made by Izhar Shah. I built a brand in the evenings alongside a full-time engineering job, and in its first twelve months it passed £500,000 in sales. I make the sheets I wish I had when I started.
