Who it is for
Anyone choosing a first digital product to sell, as a side hustle next to a job or as your main income, whether your shop is open yet or not. A digital product is something the buyer downloads, such as a planner, a template or a printable, so there is nothing to post. The search numbers come from the UK view of Etsy and the Profit check uses UK seller fees. Selling from elsewhere? Type your own rates in the white cells and record your own look-ups on the My numbers tab.
Questions
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. It comes with a Google Sheets version, which is free with a Google account. The Excel file also opens in the free web version of Excel.
How do I get it?

Will the numbers go out of date?
Search numbers show demand and competition at the time they were read, and they change. The My numbers tab holds 50 look-ups of your own, scored the same way as the bank, so the file stays useful.
Will this make me sales?
No guide can promise sales or an income, and this one does not. The scores rank ideas against each other, and the skill and hours columns are my estimates, marked as such.
