3.3 Website Accuracy
Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure that content on this Website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Content may be changed, updated, or removed without notice. You should verify any information that you intend to rely upon before acting on it.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Creating an Account
Access to certain products, courses, and services requires you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices
- Notify us immediately at www.izharshah.com/contact if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
4.3 Account Responsibility
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access and we have failed to take reasonable steps to prevent further misuse.
4.4 One Account Per Person
Accounts are issued on a personal basis. You may not share account access with any other person, nor may you create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access purchased content more than once. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.
5. Products and Services
We may offer the following types of products and services through this Website:
- Online courses and learning programmes
- E-books and PDF guides
- Templates, workbooks, and digital toolkits
- Downloadable materials and resources
- Newsletter subscriptions (free and paid)
- Coaching and mentoring programmes
- Other educational and informational content
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice, except where you have already entered into a contract with us for that specific product or service, in which case your rights are protected by that contract and applicable consumer law.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may occur. If a material discrepancy exists between a product and its description, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
6. Ordering and Contract Formation
6.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on this Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service at the stated price and on these Terms. Your order constitutes an offer; a contract is not formed until we accept it.
6.2 Order Confirmation
A contract between you and Sustech Solutions Limited is formed when we send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your payment and confirming access to your purchased product or service. An automated acknowledgement sent at the point of purchase does not itself constitute acceptance of your order.
6.3 Right to Decline Orders
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where:
- Payment cannot be verified or is declined
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- A product has been mispriced due to a genuine error
- We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons
Where an order is declined after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund promptly.
6.4 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we are not obliged to honour that price and reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable in such circumstances.
7. Pricing, Payment, and VAT
7.1 Prices
All prices on this Website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, currently including Kajabi and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by those providers' terms of service and privacy policies. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a separate payment plan has been agreed in writing.
7.3 Payment Security
We do not store, access, or process your payment card details directly. All payment data is handled by our payment providers in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We receive only a payment confirmation reference.
7.4 Failed Payments
If payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed and you will not receive access to the product or service. You should contact your bank or payment provider to resolve the issue before retrying.
7.5 Recurring Payments
Where a subscription or payment plan is selected, you authorise recurring charges on the agreed schedule. You may cancel a subscription in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.
8. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract without giving any reason.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (such as downloadable files or instant-access courses), this right is lost once delivery begins, provided you have given express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right at the point of purchase.
For coaching and service contracts, the 14-day cancellation right applies from the date the contract is formed. If you request that services commence within the cancellation period, your refund entitlement will be reduced on a pro-rata basis to reflect services already delivered.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us in writing at www.izharshah.com/contact before the 14-day period expires and before downloading or accessing any digital content. We will process any applicable refund within 14 calendar days.
Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Digital products and courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, subject to your statutory rights
- Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations and non-attendance may be forfeited
- Genuine technical defects will be investigated and resolved or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full supporting evidence

10.4 Reporting Infringement
If you believe any content on this Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with full details at www.izharshah.com/contact so we can investigate promptly.
11. Digital Product Licence
Purchases of digital products are governed by our Digital Product Licence Terms, which form part of these Terms. In summary, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use purchased materials for your own private, non-commercial purposes. No ownership of intellectual property is transferred by any purchase.
Breach of the licence terms — including sharing, redistributing, or using content commercially without permission — may result in immediate licence termination, removal of access, and legal action.

14. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or waived by these Terms. These include rights under:

- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days
- Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 — protection against misleading actions, omissions, and aggressive commercial practices
- Misrepresentation Act 1967 — remedies where a contract was entered into on the basis of a false statement of fact
Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall have the effect of, excluding, restricting, or modifying any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer law.

The inclusion of any link on this Website does not imply a partnership, affiliation, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
18. Suspension and Termination

- Breach of any provision of these Terms or our associated policies
- Piracy, unauthorised sharing, or misuse of purchased digital content

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid.
18.2 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at www.izharshah.com/contact. Closure of your account does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as provided in our Refund Policy or by applicable law.
18.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms and our Digital Product Licence Terms will immediately cease. We may retain data about you for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy and as required by law, notwithstanding account closure.
18.4 Survival
The following sections survive termination of your account or these Terms: Intellectual Property (Section 10), No Guarantees (Section 12), Limitation of Liability (Section 13), Governing Law (Section 23), and any other provision that by its nature should survive.
19. Availability and Changes to the Website

21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the severance, unless the severed provision is fundamental to the overall purpose of the Terms.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Digital Product Licence Terms, and Coaching Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sustech Solutions Limited in relation to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
No statement, representation, or promise made by any employee, agent, or representative of Sustech Solutions Limited that is not contained in these Terms shall have any effect unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of the company.
