What you get
Not another book. Direct guidance for the decisions that come after it works
Sessions on your real numbers, two-page briefs on the judgement calls that only appear once the system is working, and a room of operators running the same system.

The sessions
Three one-to-one sessions with Izhar
Thirty minutes each, taken within your first 90 days: the baseline, the mid-point review, and what runs without you. We look at your real numbers and your actual situation, and you leave each call with a decision rather than a reading list.

The briefs
Seven operator briefs
Two pages each, one decision per brief, yours to download and keep: funding stock, business credit cards, company accounts, the VAT threshold, freight, building a range and AI automation. Each carries a worked example, the rule, and three moves in your own time.

The community
The Operators Room
A working group for people building a second income around a full-time job, kept deliberately small. Post what you are stuck on, post what worked, and be specific enough that someone can actually help. One room for every Parallel Income operator, open from day one.

As the rules move
Rule change notes
When a platform changes something that matters, a note goes up in The Operators Room: what changed, and what to do about it. They arrive when the rules move, not on a schedule, and you do not need to do anything to get them.
How it works
Ninety days, three sessions, one decision at a time
Book the first session in week one, the second around day 45 and the last around day 80. Between them, the briefs and the room carry the work, around your job.
- Pay once, open your library. The seven briefs and The Operators Room open straight away, and your session booking sits in the same place.
- Name the decision in front of you. Open the brief that faces you now, not all seven, and post one introduction in the room: your store, your best month, and the decision in front of you.
- Session 1, the baseline. In week one: thirty minutes on your real numbers and your actual situation.
- Session 2, the mid-point review. Around day 45: back to the numbers, and the next decision.
- Session 3, what runs without you. Around day 80: find the constraint, systemise it, and stop being the bottleneck.
- Keep the briefs. They are yours to download and keep, and rule change notes keep landing in the room when the platforms move.

Inside the briefs
Two pages, one decision, and the sum worked in pounds

The seven briefs
The judgement calls that come after
The systems are already in your hands. These are the decisions that only appear once the store is working, two pages each:
- Funding stock without giving up equity
- When to use business credit cards
- Managing your company accounts
- Crossing the VAT threshold without losing your margin
- Moving from couriers to freight
- Building a range instead of one hero product
- AI automation for your e-commerce brand
Where money or tax is involved, a short note says it is general information, not advice, and where to check the current figures at source.

Before you buy
Who it is for, and what it is not
It is for you if you are
- Running a store that sells. The programme starts where a working system leaves off.
- Working full time. It is built to be worked around a full-time job.
- On your own path or ours. Built with the Launch Map and the Growth System, or without them.
- Facing a real decision. Funding stock, VAT, freight, a range or the tools.
- Ready for direct guidance. A second pair of eyes on your real numbers.
Worth knowing first
- It is not for a first product. Start with the Launch Map.
- It is not another book. Seven two-page briefs, one decision each.
- It is not open-ended coaching. Three sessions of 30 minutes, within 90 days.
- It is not financial or tax advice. Your accountant decides what fits you.
- It is not a promise of income. Results depend on your work and your numbers.
Who is behind it

Izhar Shah
Izhar wrote the seven briefs and takes the three sessions himself. His own direct-to-consumer brand: built alongside his job at Jaguar Land Rover, left in August 2025 once it covered his number, past £500,000 in sales in its first twelve months. “I teach the system, not the leap.”
Before it: a factory floor, a lecturing post, a PhD in Engineering, research at Imperial College London, and a specialist role at JLR.
- March 2025the brand launched while he was still employed
- August 2025he left the job on a number he had set a year earlier
- Three sessionsone to one with him, on your own numbers
Questions
The ones everyone asks
What happens right after I pay?
The seven operator briefs and The Operators Room open in your library straight away, and your three sessions are booked from the same place. Book the first one for some time in the next two weeks, and post one introduction in the room.
Is this a subscription?
No, and it never becomes one. One payment covers lifetime access to the materials; only the three sessions sit inside the 90-day window.
How do the three sessions work?
One to one with Izhar on a video call, 30 minutes each, taken within your first 90 days. Ideally the first in week one, the second around day 45 and the last around day 80: the baseline, the mid-point review, and what runs without you. Bring your real numbers, and you leave each call with a decision rather than a reading list.
Do I need the Launch Map or the Growth System first?
No. The Scale Programme stands on its own, with no overlap with the tiers below. What matters is that your store is live and you are ready for direct guidance. If you have not sold a product yet, start with the Launch Map; the Growth System comes after it and turns sales into systems.
What happens in The Operators Room?
It is one community for every Parallel Income operator, whichever track they run, kept deliberately small. Post what you are stuck on and what worked, with real numbers rather than tidy ones. Rule change notes land there first, and it opens to you from day one.
What are the rule change notes?
When a platform changes something that matters, a short note goes up in The Operators Room: what changed, and what to do about it. They arrive when the rules move, not on a schedule.
What do the seven briefs cover?
Funding stock without giving up equity, when to use business credit cards, managing your company accounts, crossing the VAT threshold without losing your margin, moving from couriers to freight, building a range instead of one hero product, and AI automation for your e-commerce brand. Each is two pages: the decision in one sentence, what must be true first, a worked example, the rule, and three moves in your own time.
Do I have to prepare anything for the sessions?
No. Every brief can be worked alone, and the sessions are there when you want a second pair of eyes on your numbers. The first session works best when the decision in front of you is already named.
Is this financial or tax advice?
No. The briefs are one operator's experience and general information. Rates, thresholds and rules change, so each brief says where to check the current figures at source, and your accountant decides what fits you.
What is the refund policy?
Access is instant, so the sale is final once granted; your statutory rights are unaffected. The materials, the room and the sessions are personal to you. Full terms are at checkout.
What if something does not open?
Everything is in your library straight after checkout. If anything will not open, or the session booking does not appear, reply to your receipt email and Izhar will sort it.
How far does this go?
That is the question this programme is for. Three sessions on your real numbers, seven briefs on the decisions that come after, and a room of operators running the same system.
